Welcome...My name is Vicky Pouliot and I am a small town Maine Native.  I strive for perfection with exciting success not only for myself but for all of my clients. 

I have over 30 years of customer service relations, which includes but is not limited to many levels of understanding the importance of all levels of owning and maintaining a business.  I have a college education in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Thomas College.  I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  I have transitioned several small businesses to the QuickBooks program including set up and data entry.

 

I have set up many small offices from the bottom up to allow for a smooth turnkey opening day!

 

 

I would love the opportunity to assist you with any aspect of your small business including but not limited to any questions or concerns you are having with your accounting process you are currently using.   I reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis, data entry, process payroll, chart of accounts set ups, credit card reconciliations, invoicing, etc. I have also installed a secure program with some of my clients which allows me to connect to their office computer from home where I am able to work on their programs that are downloaded specifically to their computers. I travel to their office to gather the information I need and work that needs to be completed which allows me to be able to work outside of regular business hours.
